We do not control or guarantee:

  • Project approvals, RERA status, or legal compliance

  • Delivery timelines or commitments

Any transaction is strictly between you and the third party.

6. Lead Sharing & Consent

By submitting your details, you consent to:

  • Being contacted via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp

  • Your information being shared with relevant real estate partners

If you don’t want this, don’t submit your data. There is no workaround.

7. Payments, Reports & Services

  • Paid reports and services are digital products

  • Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed

  • Once delivered, reports are non-returnable

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to keep information updated, but:

  • Data may be incomplete, outdated, or sourced from third parties

12. Termination

Without prior notice if misuse is detected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Where required under applicable laws, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), users are advised to verify:

  • Project registration details

  • Developer credentials

  • Legal approvals

Any interaction, transaction, or agreement entered into is strictly between the user and the respective developer, broker, or seller.

If PropertySach engages in activities requiring registration under RERA in any jurisdiction, such activities shall be conducted only after obtaining the necessary registration.

PropertySach shall not be held liable for any dispute, loss, or claim arising from transactions executed with third parties.
